About me...

I am a Quantum Leadership practitioner with over 15 years of experience in applying principles of new physics on leadership, organisations and on liminal spaces, spaces in between the old and the new.

Driven by my passion for discovering patterns, relationships and

what's hidden and invisible in the process of the old dissolving and

the new emerging, I support individuals and groups in exploring their

unique potential and what's possible when nothing is certain.

I have been privileged to learn from, and work with the greatest

minds and the most prominent Management Thinkers of our times,

developing ideas about not only new ways of living, leading, shifting

and organizing our world, but also on how to put those thoughts into

practice.

I hold the vision for the leaders to become more and more silent and

less visible... focused on serving and creating an atmosphere for

the people to be their best - so when the work is done, the people

can say: "We did it ourselves."

I hold the vision of resilient teams and organizations to be self-

organizing, autonomous, decentralized, purpose driven, adaptive

and creative - with a highly developed competence and skills to

master liminality.

I wish for the concept of liminality to become well recognised and consciously used in many change and transformation processess on individual, group level and organisational level.

I believe that:

  • Quality of our questions that determines the quality of our life

  • Our way of observing things is our super power

  • The less force we use, the more impact we have

  • In order to create new reality we need to develop new language and new metaphors.

  • Doing less but better crates more essential outcome

  • Daring to experiment and fail is a key to innovation

  • AI (artificial intelligence) should be balanced out with AI - Authentic Interaction

  • Leadership is about energy alignment

  • History is our future, ancient philosophers are trusted guides

    through the uncertain times

  • Having fun is a fundamental for cultivating connection, flow and

    authenticity

My favourite paintings illustrating the awe of liminal experience, published by the French Camille Flammarion in 1888. A man who reached "the end of the world" and poked his head through the layers of the hemisphere, to discover the harmony and the beauty of the universe.
