About Me

I work at the edge—where the old dissolves and the new has yet to take form.
Drawn to the invisible patterns, relationships, and thresholds that shape our lives and organizations, my journey has been guided by a deep passion for sensing what lies beneath the surface of transformation. I help leaders and teams navigate the liminal: the in-between spaces where clarity has not yet arrived, and where the most potent possibilities are quietly humming.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from and working alongside some of the most prominent management thinkers of our time. Through this, I’ve developed and applied frameworks for quantum leadership and management that go beyond theory—grounded in lived experience, strategic implementation, and relational depth.

As a certified coach with the Oxford Academy for Quantum Leadership, I bring both consistency and intuition to the table. My practice has been enriched through collaborations with thought leaders from institutions like Stanford University, Harvard University, and the University of Missouri, as well as through my years as a communication consultant at Sweden’s leading PR agency where I was specialising in crisis communication.

For almost a decade, I led my own company, supporting more than 40 international client organizations across sectors, with a dynamic team of employees and a large network of partners.

At the heart of my work is a vision:
Leadership is not about control—it’s about energy alignment.
It’s about creating the conditions or the atmosphere, where people can say: “We did it ourselves.”

I also believe that:

  • The quality of our questions shapes the quality of our lives.

  • The way we observe the world around us is our superpower.

  • The less force we use, the greater our impact becomes.

  • New realities require new language—and new metaphors.

  • Doing less, with more intention, creates more essential outcomes.

  • Daring to experiment (and fail) is the root of innovation.

  • Artificial intelligence must be balanced by authentic interaction**.**

  • History is our future—and ancient philosophers are trusted guides.

  • Having fun is fundamental to cultivating connection, creativity, and flow.

My purpose is to cultivate awareness around liminality and the profound intelligence held within liminal experiences. I am committed to contributing to the emergence of new ways of leading and living—ways that are meta-relational at their core. This means attending not only to structures and outcomes, but to the subtle, often unseen dynamics that shape how we relate, sense, and move together in times of transition. By honoring energy as a vital dimension of leadership—alongside strategy, structure, and outcomes—I support individuals and organizations in aligning with a more coherent, regenerative, and life-affirming rhythm of work, transformation, and co-existence.

I work in English, Swedish and Polish.
